MG Abu Baker: racist arrests and threats against our people from the occupied lands of 48

on . Posted in slider

The head of the Commission of Detainees' Affairs, MG Qadri Abu Baker called the international community and all its organizations to intervene immediately to end the revengeful racist attack carried out by the Israeli police against our people from the occupied lands of 48.

He considered that these acts represent a new phase of ethnic cleansing and forced deportation, where the Israeli political and militant levels cooperate with Israeli settlers to force the Palestinian residences to leave their houses.

Abu Baker stated that the Israeli occupation forces carried out an unprecedented campaign of arrests in the occupied lands of 48, where 1550 arrest cases have been recorded, in addition to 150 indictments which have been filed against them.

They got arrested under the pretext of their involvement in demonstrations protesting against the systematic Israeli policy of suppressing the Palestinian people, especially the incidents of Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, where there is a plan to expel Palestinians from their houses and gain control over them.

The head of the commission said "the racism of the occupation against our people in the occupied lands on 48 is represented in the frank threat that the next day will witness an unprecedented attack on all Palestinian cities and villages, and that there will be a campaign of arrests, which means that the occupation government had planned to commit this crime.

He also said that Benjamin Netanyahu and his right-wing government bear full responsibility regarding to the unstable situation in the coming days, and there will be no silence in front of these crimes.
