The Commission of detainees' Affairs stated that the Israeli occupation authorities hold full responsibility towards the health condition and life of the detainee Samer Arbeed from Ramallah. He got hospitalized in Hadasa Hospital in a serious health condition due to torture and beating by interrogators.

The Commission clarified that the health condition of Arbeed is very serious and he is prevented from visits. He got physically tortured after the Israeli intelligence took the permission from the Israeli Supreme Court, considering that he is very dangerous.

Arbeed has fractures in the chest, bruises all over his body and kidney failure due to the intense beating.

The commission warned of a real crime that might be committed against the detainee Samer Arbeed especially that all evidences prove that there are punitive measures and brutal attacks have been practiced against him.
