The Commission of Detainees Affairs submitted a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court to retrieve the corpse of the martyr "Saradeeh"

According to a report issued by The Commission of Detainees Affairs on Tuesday afternoon,

the lawyer Muhammad Mahmood has submitted an urgent petition to the so-called Israeli Supreme Court to retrieve to corpse of the 33 years martyr Yassin Saradeeh from Jericho.

The lawyer said that the petition came when the Israeli Prosecution did not respond to the preliminary petition submitted three days ago to retrieve the corpse of the martyr Saradeeh.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation forces killed Saradeeh last Thursday with a bullet in the abdomen after being beaten to death
