🔴 The Commission of Detainees’ Affairs mourns the martyr and former detainee Tareq Dawood
- The Commission stated that former detainee Tareq Dawood, 18, from Qalqilia, was assassinated yesterday.
- He spent a year in Israeli prisons and was released by an exchange deal on November 2023.

🔴 The Commission emphasized that the injured detainee Yaqoub Hawareen is currently held in Shaare Zedek Hospital under respirators and anesthesia
- the lawyer of the commission, Karim Ajwa, managed to visit Hawareen, who was shot by the occupation soldiers, arrested and transferred to Shaare Zedek Hospital
- Hawareen had several gunshots in the lower part of his body. He had a surgery and kept under respirators
- The lawyer confirmed that the military court in Ofer prison will hold a hearing next Monday to extend his detention, which will take place in absentia without his presence.

🔴 The lawyer of the commission managed to visit detainee Luai Dawood, 50, from Qalqilia, held in Remon prison.
- He confirmed on the brutal daily harassments of the jailers, which lack any sense of humanity or morality.
- The lawyer thought that he was blind when he came to the visitation room, but he explained that he suffered from (Retinitis Pigmentosa), in addition to high blood pressure, diabetes, hernia, and prostate inflammation.
- He confirmed that his health has deteriorated since his arrest, due to medical neglect by the prison’s administration, as well as the deprivation of basic human rights, such as having medication and proper food.
