Detainees held in Itzion detention center and Ofer prison are subjected to intense beat and live in difficult conditions

- The lawyer of the commission visited Itzion detention center and confirmed that detainees are living bad conditions at all levels
- ⁠detainees are subjected to intense beat and insults since the beginning of arrest and during transfer and interrogation
- ⁠cases in point:
- detainees (A. R) and (A. S), who have been tortured and had bruises on their bodies due to intense beat by thick sticks.

- The lawyer of the commission visited Ofer prison and met with administrative detainees ( Yazan Ghnaim and Suhaib Hamamrah from Bethlehem, Anas Obaida and Muhanad Hujaiji from Ramallah and Abduljabbar Jarrar from Jenin)
- ⁠the lawyer emphasized that several punishments are imposed on detainees, where the majority of them have been severely beaten during arrest and transfer between detention centers
- ⁠many incursions to detainees’ rooms were conducted
- ⁠detainees were subjected to all kinds of physical abuse which caused fractures and bruises
- ⁠detainees are served with poor quality and quantity of food and suffer from starvation
- ⁠detainees are subjected to medical crimes and deliberate medical neglect
- ⁠detainees suffer from lack of clothes and cleaning supplies.
