*Fares calls on the International Community to intervene to stop the execution of Palestinian Detainees*

The Head of the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs, Qaddura Fares, called on international community institutions to intervene immediately to stop the policy of executions against Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, which escalated since October 7.
Fares condemned the crime published on Israeli media, represented in the martyrdom of detainees from Gaza Strip, due to intense beat and torture they were subjected to during transferring them from the city of Khanyounis to Sadeh Timan prison, which was designated to detain the abductees from Gaza.
Fares said: “executing Palestinians in this manner, revealed by Haaretz newspaper, indicates the brutality of the occupation soldiers, who became decision makers in determining the mechanism of dealing with Palestinian detainees and controlling their destiny. Signs of beat and torture appear on their bodies, which reflects the brutality of Israeli soldiers that threats humanity.
Fares called for establishing an international humanitarian committee, based on UN resolutions, to reveal the fate of detainees from Gaza Strip, and to visit their place of detention “Sadeh Timan” in Beersheba, to examine their conditions and reveal the execution carried out against them, noting that this place is a military base for the army, which was turned into place of torture and execution.
