Brief on arrest campaigns implemented by the Israeli authorities 
 
 Issued by the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Society Prisoner’s Club Ramallah November 12, 2023 The Israeli authorities arrested (40) Palestinians from the West Bank last night including two minors. 
 
 Moreover, the Israeli authorities executed the former detainee Muntaser Muhammad Saif, 34, from Burqa/ Nablus, after shooting and arresting him. He served 17 years in prison and was released on February 2023. 
 
 The commission and the prisoner’s club said arrests were concentrated in Hebron with (20) cases, and the rest distributed to Nablus, Ramallah, Jerusalem, Tulkarem and Jenin. Detention operations were accompanied by torture, abuse, insensitive beat, threats and house destruction to detainees and their families. 
 
 (2470) arrest cases have been recorded since October 7, where this data includes those who have been arrested from their homes, on military checkpoints and others who surrendered themselves. The massive arrest campaign came within the mass aggressive against our people and the continuous genocide in Gaza.
