The Israeli authorities mounted an arrest campaign afflicting (70) citizens from the West Bank

 * (2150) arrest cases have been recorded since October 7

The Israeli authorities mounted a new campaign of arrests in the West Bank afflicting (70) Palestinians , including two women; Manal Doudin and Muntaha Taweel, the wife of detainee Jamal Taweel, in addition to the minor Ahd Tamimi.

Arrests were focused in Jerusalem and Ramallah, the rest cases were distributed to Hebron, Qalqila, Tulkarem, Jenin, and Nablus, accompanied by torture and abuse against detainees and their families, in the light of the mass aggression and retaliatory attacks against our people.

The number of arrests since the 7th of October stands at (2150), where these figures do not include Gazan workers. Arrests afflicted all categories of the Palestinian community, including children, women, elderly persons and former detainees who served long years in Israeli prisons.

It is pointed out that the arrest campaigns mounted by the Israeli authorities are accompanied by threats to the families of wanted persons, to practice pressure against them to surrender themselves, where using family members as hostages was one of them most prominent policies pursued by the Israeli authorities after October 7.
