the commission of detainees’ affairs stated on Sunday, that the injured detainee Israa Riad Ja'abaas (37) years old, from south of occupied Jerusalem, as she entered her 7th year in prison, where she still experience the policy of medical neglect.
The commission also stated that the detainee Ja'abees, who was detained on 11/10/2015 while driving on the road next to (za’aym) as she was accused with false charges by the occupation authority that she was trying to run over Israelis with her car.
Jebaas’s car got on fire while she’s was in it, where she suffered severe burn all over her body. As a result, she now can only breathe through her mouth, also her fingers were melted and she has several burn marks all over her body.
It was pointed out that the detainee Ja'abees sentenced to 11 years in prison, where she is detained in Damon prison, where she is in urgent need to undergo several surgeries, but that prison service is deliberately procrastinate in providing her with the appropriate medical care.
In the same context, the commission pointed out that the detainee Fayrouz Al Baw (23) years old from A’zarya, is suffering from a leg injury after shooting her by the Israeli soldiers, while arresting her 4 months ago.
She underwent two surgeries in her leg, and she got interrogated without taking into consideration her difficult health condition.
She got transferred to Ramlah prison, where she was isolated in a dirty cell, and then she has been transferred to Sharon detention center, and then to Damoun prison.

The commission of detainees’ affairs stated in its report issued on Tuesday that the number of striker detainees got increased to 3,after the detainee Nedal Mazen Balout from hebron ,joined the two striker detainees Hisham Abu Hawash and Loay Alashkar.
The detainee Balout was arrested on 29.10.2021 where he was transferred to Askelon prison and then to Ofar prison for interrogations.
The Israeli Intelligence convicted Balout with many charges, without any actual evidence, as he was under interrogations for more than 20 hours, daily in his first week of detention. Also he was threatened to be transferred to administrative detention
Protesting against that, the detainee Balout started his hunger strike since his first day of detention, where he has been striking since 28 days.
The detainee Balout mentioned through the commission’s lawyer that he was assaulted and beaten by the occupation soldiers while being arrested where he still suffers from pain and he wasn’t allowed to go to the hospital despite the lawyers' request.
In the same context the two striker detainees Hisham Abu Hawash and Loay Alashkar continues their hunger strike battle refusing their administrative detention, where it marks day (101) for the detainee Abu Hawash and day (46) for the detainee Alashkar.
It is worth to mention that there are almost 60 detainees who went through hunger strike, In a protest against their administrative detention, where we as a commission call on all humanitarian institutions, International organizations and the red cross to do their job towards this fair humanitarian cause and to prevent the slow killing policy that is being practiced by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people.

The Israeli Authorities arrested (467) Palestinians on October 2021
Ramallah: The Israeli authorities arrested (467) Palestinians on October 2021 including (135) minors and (10) women.
Detainees' institutions and human rights organizations (the Commission of Detainees and Ex-detainees' Affairs, the Palestinian Society Prisoner's Club, Al Dameer Association for Human Rights and Wadi Hilweh Information Center) issued a report and pointed out that the number of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons is nearly (4650) detainees, including (34) women, (160) children and (500) administrative detainees.
The report shows all policies and procedures that were carried out by the Israeli authorities against Palestinian detainees, in addition to situation and conditions of detainees in Israeli prisons, and the fierce attacks against the institutions of civil society by labeling them as terrorist organizations.
The occupation's policies and measures
The report reviews part of the occupation's policies and violations that accompany the daily arrests in terms of the condition of detention and the violations related to courts guarantees, which breaches the rights of detained guaranteed by the international humanitarian law.
The policy of administrative detention
(106) administrative detention orders have been issued on October 2021, including (49) new orders and (57) renewals, where the Israeli authorities resort to this policy as a method to reveal the charge of detainee, aiming at undermining the detainees' demands and protests related to the fateful rights of the Palestinian people.
In 2015, the Israeli Supreme Court legitimized the order of "freezing" the sentence of administrative detention against detainees on hunger strike. However, specialized organizations considered this decision as a tool to reinforce the policy of administrative detention. This decision does not cancel the administrative detention order. Rather, it represents abdicating the responsibility of the prisons' administration and the Israeli Intelligence on the fate of the detainee, and turning him into an unofficial “detainee” in the hospital, and he remains under the guardianship of the “security” of the hospital instead of the jailors.
A change took place in dealing with this order during October, through what happened when the prosecution refused to freeze the administrative detention of the detainee Alaa A'raj despite of his critical health condition. This refusal is based on the medical report issued by the Israeli hospital, which did not confirm the possibility of death.
Another case in point is the case of Kayed Fasfous and Miqdad Qawasmeh whose hunger strike exceeded 110 days. This change appeared obviously after activating the administrative detention against Fasfous and Qawasmeh after freezing it.
To the date of publication of this report, six detainees are continuing their hunger strike in a protest against their administrative detention, and all of them are facing critical health conditions. These detainees are; Kayed Fasfous, Miqdad Qawasmeh, Alaa A'raj, Hisham Abu Hawash, Ayyad Hraimi and Luai Ashqar.
Torture and collective punishment during arrests
The occupation authorities use the policy of daily arrests to confront the struggle of Palestinians and to deprive them of their rights and freedom. The range of daily arrests is about (15) cases, accompanied by storming houses and attacks against the detainee and his family.
This is represented in what happened during storming a sit-in in Jerusalem near Alyousifya cemetery, when the occupation forces chased the young men and prevented them from setting in the place. They arrested many young men and released them in few days, but some of them have been charged of throwing stones and obstruct police work.
The majority of detainees were subjected to beat and torture during the process of arrest, such as the 21-year-old detainee Mu'tasem Rajabi, who was going to the supermarket and got arrested there.
Rajabi said that he has been beaten on his face and mouth and lost his consciousness, and then he had a bleeding from his mouth and got his teeth broken. He added "the forces gone after beating me and then we got surprised when the forces came back and arrested me without any reason, and transferred me Qishle police center. I was held from 10:00 pm – 2:00 am, and they refused to give me first aid". The police released him under the condition of house arrest for three days.
Besides, other cities in Palestine are subjected to night storming, especially at the city of Jenin, where the six detainees who freed themselves belong to.
Arrests based on using social media
Arresting Palestinians on the basis of social media posts represents a punitive measure to detain the largest possible number of children, women and youths. A case in point is the 17-year-old Omar Hashlamon from Jerusalem, who has been arrested on the basis of posting on Facebook "I am not sure of being so long in the world, but I hope I've made good memories that last forever". He got summoned after minutes for interrogation, and he got astonished to be interrogated under the suspicion of "planning for terrorist acts". He got prosecuted in the next day and then released.
Detainees' conditions in Israeli prisons
The systematic medical ignorance
The occupation’s systematic method of depriving the detainees of real medical care and the deliberate delay in providing treatment to the sick and injured detainees are among the most important ways and methods of weakening the will and the bodies of detainees.
By monitoring the health status of detainees, it becomes obviuos that the level of health care for them is very poor. Thus, dozens of detainees have been martyred since the beginning of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, and the number of patients has increased.
A case in point is the 94-year-old detainee Naser Abu Hmaid from Ramallah. He suffered from deterioration in his health, particularly from chest and lung pain, and after a long delay, he was subsequently transferred from Ashkelon Prison to Barzulai Hospital in Israel.
It is worthy to mention that the detainee Naser is imprisoned since 2002 and sentenced to life imprisonment and 50 years. He also has four brothers who are sentenced to life imprisonment. Their house got demolished many times and their mother is prevented from visiting them for many years.
Hunger strike to refuse the measures of jailors
The detainees' confrontation of the punitive measures continues since the "freedom tunnel" act, where the strike of the Islamic Jihad detainees, which lasted for 9 days and included (250), constituted an important phase in the confrontation.
Detainees reached an agreement in 21/10/2021 with the administration of prison to fulfill a number of their demands, such as: stopping the fierce attack against detainees, including the Islamic Jihad detainees, canceling the collective punishments imposed on them since the heroic Operation “Freedom Tunnel”, and returning all the isolated detainees, including the leaders of the organizations to the main sections.
Targeting the Palestinian organizations by the occupation authorities
In continuation of undermining the detainees' organizations and Palestinian human rights organizations, the occupation authorities targeted six of Palestinian civil society organizations, labeling them as terrorist organizations. The six organizations are "Addameer Association, the Union of the agricultural work committees, the International Movement of defending the child, Union of Arab Women's Committees and Bisan Research Center", which are leading institutions in defending the rights of Palestinians against the violations of the occupation and exposing its crimes against detainees and children.
It is obvious that this matter will expose thousands of Palestinians, including detainees, to further violations after the occupation deducts their allocations from the clearance funds, and especially that two of these institutions are directly concerned with detainees and children affairs in the occupation prisons.
Despite the efforts of these organizations on the international level to refute this decision, it is a subject of closure and prosecution. The danger of this targeting is not limited to the six organizations only, but it is a step for the occupation to pave the way to target the rest of the Palestinian organizations, especially those concerned with the affairs of political detainees. There is no doubt that these organizations are in dire need for popular support and solidarity, in addition to international support, where the success of the occupation in destroying these organization means that Israel is able to silent the voice of the Palestinian civil society.
In conclusion, the partner organizations confirm that the occupation's practices against the Palestinian people violate the International Humanitarian Law, which bans the acts of collective punishments and revengeful acts against people under occupation.
As article (33) of the Fourth Geneva Convention which applies to the occupied Palestinian territory, gives the Palestinian people, as a people living under occupation, the status of protected persons under the international law, and confirms the Palestinian detainees' rights to be recognized as freedom fighters, in addition to their rights to health care, food and education, and the right to enjoy fair trial guarantees, the right to family visits and respecting their dignity.

The commission of detainees’ affairs stated that the so-called "Israeli Supreme Court" refused the commission’s request to release the striker detainee Kayed Fasfous who’s going through a critical health condition; where this is the fourth plea of the commission, amid a state of ignorance by the Israeli authorities.
The commission warned of health condition of the detainee Fasfous, who’s on hunger striking since 124 days, where he is held at (Barzulai) hospital, as he gets closer to death every minute.
The commission pointed out that the detainee Fasfous is suffering from arrhythmia, low blood pressure, and pains all over his body. As a result, this situation puts the detainee Fasfous in a very dangerous health conditions.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs stated that the 34-year-old detainee Ayyad Hraimi in on his 49th day of hunger strike, in a protest against his administrative detention.
The advocate of the commission said that Hraimi has been transferred to Ramla prison after he was in the isolation of Ofer, and he's now held at dirty cell full of cockroaches. He hasn’t received any supplements nor underwent any medical checkups.
The commission pointed out that the health condition of the detainee Hraimi is deteriorating, as he suffers from different pains all over his body, and he cannot move or stand, has poor sight and pains in his right leg and the abdomen.
It is worthy to mention that Hraimi is a former detainee, who spent 9 years in prison, and has been rearrested in 6/4/2021 and sentenced to administrative detention for 4 months, and renewed for additional 4 months.
Meanwhile, the detainee Kayed Fasfous is on hunger strike since (119) days, Meqdad Qawasmeh since (112) days, Alaa Araaj since (95) days, Hisham Abu Hawash since (86) days and Luai Ashqar since (31) days.
The commission of detainees' affairs stated that the Israeli authorities must hold full responsibility on the fate of detainees who are on hunger strike and whom health conditions are deteriorating day by day.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs stated in a report issued today that the administration of Ashkelon prison is violating the rights of sick detainees in terms of medical care, where it targets detainees systematically by ignoring their health conditions and procrastinating in providing medical care. This policy led to the deterioration of their health conditions.
The commission documented, through its advocates, the most prominent sick cases in Ashkelon prison. A case in point is the 49-year-old detainee Nasser Abu Hmaid, whose health condition deteriorated remarkably. He recently had a surgery, in which 10 cm of his left lung has been removed, and it was found that it is a cancer and he needs urgent medical intervention.
Another case in point is the detainee Yaser Rabay'a from Ezarya. He is sentenced to life imprisonment and he suffers from cancer in the colon. He had a surgery in the liver and 8 sessions of chemotherapy at Barzulai Hospital.
The last case in point is the detainee Muhammad Barrash, who lost his sight, has hearing problems, foot amputation and high cholesterol. He has been transferred to Barzulai Hospital to undergo medical checkups to his ear, and it was found that he suffers from a perforation in inner left ear and he needs an urgent surgery. However, the clinic of the prison is procrastinating in setting up an appointment.
It is worthy to mention that many detainees in Ashkelon prison are not provided with the proper medical care, and just given painkillers, including the detainees: Hasan Bahar, Naser Abu Hmaid, Zaid younes, Muhammad Samaro, Othman Abu Kharg, Muwafaq Erouq, Mamdouh Amro, Tayoun Abdulhadi, Khalil Abu Eram, Ramzi Barrash and Muhammad Barrash.

Palestine and Arab states in the Arab League headquarters arranged, on Monday, a symposium discussing the detainees' cause and the Israeli violations against them.
Attended by M.G.Qadri Abu Baker and the Assistant Secretary- General, the representative of Palestine Dr. Saed Abu Ali, the ambassador Muhannad AL-A’klok, the commissioner of the mandatory of palestine, and Primary Adviser Rizk Al za’neen, and from the commission Abd Naser Farwana ,Thaer Shrateh, and a group of the Arab League employees.
The symposium started with a greeting from Dr. Saed Abu Ali, who assured that working on detainees cause is a duty, as they represent a true legitimacy to the Palestinian cause and struggle, and it is time to act immediately to end this oppression and the waist of the young people’s youth.
Dr. Abu Ali denounced the racist occupation strategy in abusing the detainees, pointing out that the Arab League, specifically the Palestinian part to keep up details and updates.
M.G.Abu Baker talked about the Humanitarian situation of detainees, and the treatment of the occupation authority against the detainees has breached all International agreements and conventions, as the suffering increases on a daily basis, and the crimes committed against them are unbearable.
regarding the current situation, M.G.Abu Baker stated that the concerns about detainees losing their lives are getting more serious, especially the detainees on hunger strike or sick detainees who are subjected to real medical crimes.
M.G. Abu Baker pointed out that the commission is always up to date with everything concerning the detainee from the moment of detention and after they are released, as there is legal team to visit and defend detainees, and also provide them with money to buy basic food needs.
M.G. Abu Baker hopes that the next stage will be more promising to support the detainees and save them, specifically at the Arabic regional circle, as its importance in placing the cause on its priority in the international community.

The commission of detainees stated that the occupation doctors, in Qapalan hospital tried to force feed the striker detainee Miqdad Qawasmi, by giving him supplements, trying to break his open hunger strike, which came as a protest against his administrative detention.
The commission stated that the doctors forced fed the detainee Qawasmi, while he was handcuffed to the hospital bed in the I.C.U section in Qapalan hospital.
The commission also pointed out that the detainee Qawasmi (24) years old, from Hebron, who is still striking since (91) days, where his health condition is deteriorating critically, as he suffers from weight loss, resting heart rate, difficulty in breathing, and pain all over his body. Also he finds it hard to stand up on his feet, and has blurry vision, where he might die suddenly any time.
It is worthy to mention that the detainee Qawasmi is surrounded by 3 jailors, where they deliberately eat in front of him, as he is handcuffed to the bed from his right hand and left leg all day around.

The advocate of the Commission, Kareem Ajwa, stated that the detainee Khalil Abu Eram from Yatta/ Hebron continues his hunger strike for the third day, in solidarity with striking detainees who are protesting against their administrative detention.
Ajwa pointed out that the detainee Khalil Abu Eram, who is sentenced to life imprisonment, entered a hunger strike last Sunday in solidarity with detainees striking in a protest against administrative detention and he will stop drinking water tomorrow.
Abu Eram said to Ajwa that he got punished by the administration of prison and held at a cell, prevented form family visits and the cantina for two months and a fine of 550 NIS.
He said that the cell has a stinky smell, with one old mattress, and there are no electric appliances.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs confirmed that 6 detainees are currently on hunger strike, protesting against their administrative detention, among an intensive deterioration on their health conditions. There are no solutions for their issues yet, where the occupation authorities still refusing to end their arbitrary administrative detention.
The Commission pointed out that the detainee Kayed Fasfous from Dura/Hebron is conduction the oldest hunger strike, since (88) days respectively, and he is currently held at Barzilai Hospital in critical health condition.
Another case in point is the detainee Miqdad Qawasmeh from Hebron, who is on hunger strike since (81) days. He is currently held at Kaplan Hospital in critical health condition. The occupation authorities have frozen the administrative detention order, but the freezing does not mean cancelling the order. It actually means that the administration of prisons and the Intelligence device are not responsible of his life, and turning him to unofficial prisoner held at the hospital, under the guardianship of the hospital's security instead of the jailors.
Moreover, there are 4 more detainees who are on hunger strike, such as the detainee Alaa Araj from Tulkarem, striking since (64) days, the detainees Hisham Abu Hawash from Hebron who is on a strike since (55) days, Rayeq Bsharat from Tammoun/ Tubas since (50) days and the detainee Shadi Abu Aker from Bethlehem, who is on a strike since (47) days. It is worth mentioning that the health conditions for all striking detainees are very bad and deteriorating with the time passes.
The Commission expressed its deep concern on the lives of striking detainees, and stated that the occupation authorities must hold the full responsibility on their fate, and called on the human rights organizations, especially the International Committee of the Red Cross to intervene immediately to stop the unjust policy of administrative detention, in order to find new solutions for the striking detainees before losing them.

The Commission of Detainees Affairs stated that detainees in various prisons have started aggravating steps, demanding to solve the issue of Islamic Jihad detainees and to return them to their rooms.
The Commission pointed out that the escalation will continue for the next days, where the detainees started to refuse the lunch and dinner meals. Detainees will rebel and go back to their rooms next Tuesday, and all sections will be closed on Wednesday at 4:00 pm till the end of the day.
Detainees also will refuse the breakfast and lunch meals next Thursday, and they will consult different factions to have a deal on the date of solving the problem, through additional aggravating steps.
The Commission stated that the administration of prisons broke the agreement made with the Captive Movement, which stipulates that everything will be the same as before the escaping of the six detainees, maintain stability in all prisons, solve the problem of the detainees of Islamic Jihad and prevent distributing them into other factions' rooms and open new rooms for them in every section in prisons. However, nothing has been conducted till now.

The prosecution of the occupation files an indictment against the rearrested six detainees and other five detainees

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs stated that the prosecution of the occupation filed an indictment to the "Nazareth court of magistrate", against the rearrested six detainees and other five detainees.
The commission pointed out that the indictment included 20 clauses, where the six detainees have been charged of escape; Mahmoud Arda, Muhammad Arda, Ayham Kammji, Munadel Infaiat, Zakarya Zbaidi and Yaqub Qaderi. However, the other five detainees "Mahmoud Abu Ashreen, Qusai Mar'I, Ali Abu Baker, Mahmoud Abu Baker and Iyad Jaradat" have been charged of sheltering prisoners and helping the to escape.
All security charges that were initially filed against them have been dropped by the intelligence and the Israeli police.
The prosecution of the occupation submitted a request to the court to keep detaining those detainees until the legal procedures are over.
It is worth mentioning that the occupation army had rearrested Zakarya Zbaidi and Muhammad Arda near the village of Om Al-Ghanam /Galilee in 11/9/2021, while they rearrested Yaqub Qaderi and Mahmoud Arda in 10/9/2021 in Nazareth, and Kammji and Nfeat in 19/9/2021 near Jenin.

La Commission des Affaires des Détenus et Ex-Détenus a appelé les organisations de défense de droits humains à travers le monde entier, de traiter la question de détenu palestinien Ayaman Kurd qui souffre de d'un état de santé tragique dans les geôles de l'occupation israélienne.
La commission a déclaré que le jeune détenu de Jérusalem Kurd a fini sa sixième année de détention dans les geôles de l'occupation, notant qu’il a été condamné à 35 ans de prison, en plus d'une amende de 330 000 shekels.
Elle a également indiqué que le détenu Kurd souffre d'un problème dans le système nerveux et digestif et d'une hémiparalysie des membres inférieurs, après avoir été abattu par l'armée d'occupation israélienne, c'est pourquoi il se déplace en fauteuil roulant, il vit dans des conditions difficiles à la clinique de la prison de « Ramla », remarquant qu'il souffre des douleurs constantes, et l'administration des geôles israéliennes lui donne des antidouleurs sans lui traiter et faire un bon diagnostic de son état.
Le jeune Kurd a été arrêté le 19 septembre 2016 au quartier Bab Al-Sahira de Jérusalem, sous prétexte qu’il a mené une attaque à l'arme blanche, où deux soldats israéliens ont été blessés, et même le détenu Al-Kurd a été grièvement blessé, après avoir abattu par 13 balles à bout portant, et il a saigné pendant une heure sans soin médicale.
Il convient de mentionner que le jeune Kurd a 25 ans, et il est un des victimes de négligence médicale dans les prisons israélien, et récemment il a rejoint la liste longue de détenus patients à la clinique de la prison de « Ramla », malgré sa souffrance et ses conditions difficiles, les autorités d’occupation israélienne continuent d’ignorer son état tragique.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs called on the human rights organizations not to stay silent towards the suffering of the detainee Ayman Kurd, who suffers from tragic health condition in Israeli prisons.
The commission stated that Aymad Kurd is in his sixth year in prison, and that he's sentenced to 35 years and a fine of 330.000 NIS.
He suffers from a defect in the nervous and digestive systems and hemiplegia in his lower limbs. He moves using a wheelchair and lives in bad health conditions at the clinic of Ramla prison. The prison Service gives him painkillers only, without making a proper medical diagnose.
Kurd has been detained in 19/9/2016, and sentenced to 35 years of imprisonment, under the charge of a stabbing attack, where he injured two soldiers in Jerusalem. He got injured with 13 bullets from a close distance and kept for more than one hour without any medical aid.
The commission stated that the detainee Ayma Kurd is one of the victims of the deliberate medical ignorance practiced by the prisons' administration. He is currently held at the clinic of Al-Ramla prison, joining a long list of sick detainees.

The head of the Commission of Detainees' Affairs, Qadri Abu Baker, called on the Palestinian Bar Association and the institutions of this field to shed light upon the international legal status of the four detainees who escaped from Gilboa prison, and have been rearrested in the occupied territories.
Abu Baker confirmed that the international agreements, treaties and covenants have discussed this issue, and that there are many articles and texts stipulated the legal treatment of detainees in such case. These articles prevents taking revenge of them, where article (28) Brussels Declaration of 1874, named "draft of the International Declaration on the Laws and Customs of War", stipulated that "weapons should be used against any war prisoner that try to escape, and if he has been rearrested during trying to escape he shall be only subjected to disciplinary punishment or more stringent monitoring, but if he succeeds in escaping and is caught later, he should not be punished.”
In 1907, the special agreement on respecting the laws of field war by Hague Convention, which had a worldwide consensus, and today it is a part of customary international law. Article (8) of the same convention stipulated that "the clause in Brussels Declaration which talks about using a weapon against a prisoner who tries to escape has been deleted. The convention also confirmed that "any prisoner who tries to escape and got caught before escaping should be subjected to disciplinary punishment, while if he succeeded escaping and got rearrested, he should not be punished for the act of escaping".
Moreover, Geneva Convention of 1929 reaffirmed in article (50) on the same text, which was also mentioned in Hague Convention, and amended article 91-94 from the Third Geneva Convention of 1949, which has been approved and ratified by more than 190 states, including Israel and the United States of America.
Abu Baker recalls on all Palestinians of official and local institutions to work hard to support our detainees, and practice pressure against international organizations to protect our detainees by applying the international agreements, being prisoners of liberation movements.

The Commission confirmed that the captive movement in Israeli prisons with all its political factions will start a real escalating program next Friday, protesting against the continuous attacks against the detainees in the last couple of days, which came as a result of the escaping of 6 detainees from Gilboa prison. The occupation authorities were able to catch 4 of them.
The commission stated that the captive movement agreed on challenging the prison administration, and won’t accept the attack against them, which is conducted to cover the Israeli security failure in Gilboa prison.
Moreover, he commission added that the escalating program will take place on Friday, where they will not deal with the prison service, and will rebel against their laws, where some of the captive movement leaders will go on an open hunger strike.
The commission also stated that the situation inside prison is concerning, and the assaults and attacks against detainees is unbearable.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs calls on the media and openly the international community and its Institutions, foremost International committee of the Red Cross to act immediately to end the Nazi acts of the Israeli prison service and special units in Naqab prison.
The commission stated that section 6 is under a cruel attack, where it was attacked by domesticated special units with different weapons and trained dogs, supported by a number of Israeli military soldiers that were summoned urgently from a nearby Military base, with ambulances accompany them. Detainees have been handcuffed, get thrown out and beaten. In response, the detainees burned down 7 room cells.
The commission warned of the shameful international silence, and stated that the continuous escalation means real war inside the prison, violating detainees' lives will lead to a real confrontation with the same level inside and outside the prison. We refuse to turn our detainees into victims to cover up the occupation government and its military services defeat against 6 heroic detainees, who broke a strong security system that was praised by the Israeli prison service.
The commission pointed out that the incursions and penalties included most of the detainees in all prisons, as it is heading towards more racial and retaliatory acts under directions from Israeli political Military support.
Therefore, the National and Islamic Factions and Institutions working in the field of detainees and all people have to support our detainees and to prevent Israel from taking revenge of them.

The lawyer of the Commission of Detainees Akram Samara stated yesterday, that military court of Ofar postponed the judgment in releasing the pregnant detainee Anhar Aldeek with a bail, until next Sunday 5/9/2021.
The commission said that the lawyer Samara submitted a request to release the detainee Aldeek who is suffering from difficult detention conditions in her last weeks of pregnancy with her fetus (Alaa).
It is worthy to mention that the 26-year- old detainee Anhar Aldeek from Kofor Na’ma /Ramalla, was arrested on 8/3/2021 which marks international women’s day, while was pregnant in her 3rd month. She was detained and held in bad conditions without taking into consideration her health conditions. Anhar's case will be the ninth women that gives birth in prison if she wasn’t released noting that she could be in labor any moment.

The commission of Detainees' Affairs stated that the detainee Salem Zedat (40) years, from Hebron/ Bani Nai'm ,has ended his hunger strike after coming to an agreement with the prison service to end his arbitrary administrative detention, where the current sentence should be genuine and to be released on 15/11/2021.
The commission pointed out that the detainee Zaidat went on hunger strike for (43) days protesting against his administrative detention, where he is currently held at Al-Ramla clinic suffers from deteriorating health condition as he lost more than (16) kg, and has severe pain all over his body, continuous dizziness and heart problems.
It was mentioned that the detainee Zaidat is a former detainee who spent two years in prison, and has been rearrested in February 2020. He was sentenced to (4) months of imprisonment and after he finished his term the occupation authorities refused to set him free ,where the Israeli intelligence service sentenced him to administrative detention. His sentence was renewed 4 times, which forced him to go on a hunger strike since 43 days. The occupation authorities refused the plea two times, which was submitted by the lawyer of the commission against his administrative detention.
The commission pointed out that there are 8 detainees on hunger strike, protesting against their administrative detention, including two detainees who are striking since more than 40 days.

The Commission of Detainees' Affairs expressed its deep concern of the brutal and racist attack against detainees in all prisons, especially after the sudden storming of Jelboa prison yesterday.
The commission reported that Al-Yamaz and Drour Special Forces broke into section (1) and (4) of Jelboa prison and conducted many attacks and inspections inside the section, knowing that those section include detainees from Fatah Movement.
The Commission stated the storming have been implemented without any justification, and that the Special Forces intended to revoke detainees and destroy their belongings, where the state of tension still prevailing among detainees in all sections of the prison.
