The Commission and the Prisoner's Club emphasized in a joint statement that detainees had returned their meals and they agreed on steps to be implemented in some prisons, in response for the policy of classifying, which the administration of prisons is trying to use. These steps will be opened until announcing the start of the hunger strike which will be conducted on the first day of Ramadan.
