The Head of the Commission of Detainees Affairs, Issa Qaraqe', calls the International Parliament to take procedures toward the series of laws and legislation enacted by the Israeli Parliament which are hostile to the human rights and the rights of Palestinian people. He also calls the International Parliament to insert the Israeli Parliament as a racial Parliament hostile to the democracy and Human Rights.

Qaraqe' pointed out that since 2014, the Israeli Parliament has enacted more than 160 laws and draft bills targeting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and violating the humanitarian justice and international agreements which are supposed to be compatible with International Law.

He also said that the draft bill of deducting Palestinian tax revenues under the pretext of supporting martyrs and detainees families, the draft bill of execution, the draft bill of retaining martyrs' corpses, and the laws of detaining children and other unjust laws violate the Geneva Convention and UN resolutions.

Qaraqe' manifested that the Union of the International Parliament has to work hard for international peace as an advisory member in the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations to support the goals of the United Nations.
