of the sick detainee Sami Abu Dyak to see a doctor
The deterioration of health conditions for a number of detainees and wounded in the Israeli jails
The lawyer in the commission of detainees and ex-detainees, Kamel Nator, said that the Israeli central court is having a session on 30/3/2016 to decide on the request of the sick detainee Sami Abu Dyak to see a doctor. He is from the city of Jenin, and has intestine tumor and very difficult health conditions at the israeli hospital of Al-Ramla.
Nator said that the prisons authority has prevented him from seeing a doctor, which leads the commission of detainees to submit a request to the court to let him conduct medical tests in preparation for his release due to his serious health conditions. He added: the doctors of prisons are responsible for the deterioration of health conditions to the detainee Abu Dyak.
It is worth mentioning that the detainee Sami Ahed Abu Dyak , 33 years old, is sentenced for 3 life sentences and 30 years, and he is imprisoned since 13 years.
